Purchasing and Tracking

Purchasing and Tracking module facilitates making purchase orders and tracking their status as well as entry of inventory upon receipt of the purchased materials

Features:

• Make purchases and related information like purchase date, estimated time of arrival, purchase status,
• Enter Package list data (including slab id or lot #, slab dimensions Length X Width, Allowance, picture etc.
• As soon as purchase status is changed to received the package list is moved into the inventory

Every purchase goes through 4 stages

1. To be Shipped
2. In Transit
3. Customs Hold
4. Received
