Materials Management

Features:

• Allows search of various materials based on name, partial name or base colors
• Each material can be given a minimum and maximum units for inventory. The system alerts when the current inventory is less than minimum or more than the maximum units.

The system allows the following different types of materials

1. Slabs (Granite or Marble)
2. Tiles
3. Trims
4. Sinks
5. Sculptures
6. Cut to size
7. Mosaic
8. Patterns etc.

The following material information relating to each type of material is tracked

1. Primary Name
2. Units
3. Base Colors
4. Country Origin
5. Other Names
6. Minimum Sq Ft. in the inventory required
7. Maximum Sq Ft. in the inventory suggested
